Ajit Parekh & Associates successfully pioneered and gave Ahmedabad and Gujarat its first Design for High Rise Multistorey Building with deep foundation and full size utilizable basement in 1990 during times when there was no RERA and only few countable high-rises in Gujarat and also in his prime years, Designed more then 100 High Rise tower projects and more then 200 various other Residential, Commercial, Industrial projects till 2010, all under sole leadership of Sir Ajit Parekh as principal Designer. Works carried out by Sir Ajit Parekh have also been brought to attention and mention in literature published by World Renowned and Acknowledged Pritzker Prize Winner Architect Late Shri BV Doshi Sir.
